The right scope for a good start.
Our planned launch processes focus on machined parts and flat-cut profiles. Each request is reviewed for geometry, material, tolerance, quantity, inspection, and timing. Bending and welding are outside our launch scope.
4-axis CNC machining
Planned CNC milling with fourth-axis capability, up to the reference travel envelope of a Haas VF-4. For prototypes, low-volume parts, fixtures, and tooling.
CNC turning
Planned CNC turning up to the reference capacity of a Haas ST-30, with geometry, turret, and workholding reviewed for each part.
Manual turning
Planned manual lathe work up to 8 in diameter and 80 in length for suitable shafts, bushings, and one-off turned components.
Flat laser cutting
Planned 6 kW laser cutting on a 5 × 10 ft bed for flat sheet and plate profiles. Material, thickness, edge condition, and tolerances are reviewed per job.
