Our approach · Preparing for launch

A better way to work with your supplier.

Good parts are only part of the job. We are building Fierro around clear communication, practical manufacturing feedback, and a process that helps you keep your work moving.

Start with what you need.

We want to understand the part, its purpose, and the constraints you are working within. Bring the drawing if you have one—or start with a conversation. Material, quantity, critical features, and timing will shape the next step.

Ask the useful questions early.

Our planned review will bring open questions into the conversation before work begins. We will discuss process fit, clarify assumptions, and agree on the scope so you can make a decision with the right information.

Keep you informed.

You should know where your project stands and what happens next. We are developing a workflow that connects drawing revisions, technical decisions, and updates. If something changes, our aim is to explain the impact and agree on the next action.

Use technology to make the work easier.

We are building digital tools for requirements, files, and customer communication. The goal is less back-and-forth and easier access to project information, with people responsible for the decisions and commitments.

Move quickly with a clear plan.

We are designing the business around high-quality parts and fast execution. Production timing will be agreed around your requirements and actual capacity. While we prepare to launch, let’s talk about the projects you have coming up.

Understand the factory floor.

For Charleston, Summerville, and South Carolina manufacturers, we are planning support around the parts that keep your plant moving—fixtures, tooling, and suitable replacement components. Tell us how the part is used, what it needs to fit, and how timing affects your operation.

Work with your development cycle.

For aerospace, defense, and robotics startups across the U.S., we are planning domestic parts support from NPI and R&D through early production. We will review evolving drawings, quantities, and inspection needs together so each revision and production step has an agreed scope, wherever your team is based.
